I agree with your last statement. When Erik moved out of his house in Montana (after 2 years and 5 guys and 2 gals)there was a ton of stuff that no one wanted or could take with them. We put ALL their leftover "stuff" on the front lawn and it was ALL gone in less thatn 3 hours. Even in the middle of a summer rainstorm!
